RETURN POLICY
Contact our support team for a free prepaid return label. Do not pay for return shipping from your local carrier. Local carriers can be over $150, and we would not reimburse charges that you may incur.
RESTOCKING FEES
Keep in mind that these items are expensive to ship, and have a shipping and handling cost associated with the item. Return shipping would be free, but we have to charge restocking fees.
- 20% Restocking Fee. Items must be in the original condition and returned within the 30 day return window. This includes situations where the buyer changes their mind.
- 50% Restocking Fee. Item was returned in a different condition than it was shipped (missing parts, used, etc.)
- No Restocking Fee. There are no restocking fees for receiving incorrect or damaged items. However, contact our support team to see if replacement parts or troubleshooting assistance.
